First: Participation Mechanism
Participation involves attaching a real photo in the replies to the competition tweet.
The depth of the cup should be clearly visible in the picture.
The image must be related to Dhul-Hijjah.
The image must comply with Sharia law and local culture.
More than one post is allowed per account.
Each account is entitled to win only one prize.
Second: Duration of the competition
The competition ends at the end of the day of 13 Dhu al-Hijjah, at 11:59 PM Saudi time.
Third: The mechanism for selecting the winners
Winners are selected based on the entries that receive the most likes, after ensuring that they meet the terms and conditions.
The company, Amq Coffee Trading, has the right to exclude any participation that is inappropriate or unsuitable.
The winners will be announced in a new tweet after the competition has ended and the entries have been reviewed.
Fourth: Awards
The first-place winner receives:
xBloom machine with filters, three-quarters coffee maker, and ceramic mug.
Those who place second through fifth receive:
A balance of 200 riyals in the Omq app wallet for each winner.
The Depth app balance is valid for one year from the date it was added.
Fifth: Participation and Content Rights
The participant acknowledges and undertakes that the image submitted to the competition is his own photography or that he owns the right to use it, and the Amq Coffee Trading Company disclaims its responsibility towards any third-party claim related to the image or its content.
If the company, Amq Coffee Trading, finds otherwise, it has the right to exclude the participant from the competition, and the company bears no responsibility towards third parties, and has the right to seek recourse against the participant when necessary.
The participant acknowledges that their participation in the competition grants the Amq Coffee Trading Company the right to republish the entry or use it for the purposes of announcing the winners or promoting the competition through its official channels.
The participant is not entitled to make any obligation or financial claim against the Amq Coffee Trading Company before any regulatory body as a result of participating in or republishing the participation within the scope of the competition.
Sixth: General Provisions
The participant acknowledges that he has read and agreed to the terms and conditions by entering the competition.
The Amq Coffee Trading Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition when necessary, without prejudice to the rights of the participants who qualified before the modification or cancellation.
