This coffee comes to us from Sidamo, specifically from the Morco farm, and it is well-balanced, showing berries and citrus with a complex acidity.
It is cultivated in the Ethiopian highlands at altitudes of 1,500 to 2,200 meters above sea level. At these altitudes, the coffee beans can be classified as "high-growing." Here, Ethiopian coffee grows more slowly, giving it more time to absorb nutrients and develop more intense flavors based on the local climate and soil conditions. The most distinctive flavor found in all Sidamo coffee varieties is lemon and citrus with a crisp, bright acidity.
